We cannot cover the shipping cost for exchanges or returns except in those very rare instances when an item turns out to be defective, or what we sent was not what you ordered. If this is the case, please send us an email, and we’ll send you a return shipping label, and arrange for a replacement item.
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you’ll need to cover return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges & Returns
New, unused – unworn items may be exchanged for store credit only within (*30 DAYS*) of postal time stamp received via shipping. (*TEMPORARY EXTENSION from 14 days to 30 days due to COVID-19*)
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from PU’U MUAY THAI INC. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping is fulfilled via a 3rd party ("drop shipper") who handles the best service to send to your specified address. We cannot guarantee shipping times based on the selection at checkout due to world-wide shipping centers.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
